Unassociated clients and AP alone

Description

When clients are not associated to an AP, they are all linked to '(not associated)' AP (that's the value written in airodump-ng text file when they are not associated).

Maybe they should be located somewhere else on the graph (or do not display these clients or use an option to show/hide them, ...).

Do the same for AP without any associated.
