make --chopchop and --fragment in aireplay-ng work with non IP LLC/SNAP headers

Imho it's partly done. STP seems to be handled properly for chopchop (not sure about fragment).

Other non-ip protocols may different snap headers. ipx? pppoe? ipsec? We can detect STP because they have a fixed mac address, but can we detect the rest of protos? Moreover, do we need to detect the other protos?
